Note: While this position is based in SM Dasmariñas, candidates must also be willing to occasionally support operations in our BF Homes location if required.
Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
- Take orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages following standard recipes and health safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Adhere strictly to all safety, hygiene, and company operational policies.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, food service, or hospitality role is highly preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be service-oriented, reliable, and a team player.
- Must be willing to be assigned in BF Homes when business operations require.
