- Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen team.
- Serve food and beverages to customers with a focus on presentation and speed.
- Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments and issuing receipts accurately.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized dining area and service stations at all times.
- Assist in setting up tables and clearing dishes to ensure a smooth dining flow.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- No prior experience is required; full training will be provided.
- Must have a strong passion for the F&B and hospitality industry.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to strict food hygiene standards.
- Basic computer literacy is preferred for handling cashiering tasks.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays (5.5 days work week).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Physical stamina to stand and move around the restaurant for extended periods.
