- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate effectively with the kitchen team
- Present menu items and make recommendations based on customer preferences
- Process payments efficiently and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Set up and maintain clean dining areas, ensuring tables are properly arranged and sanitized
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
