Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring seamless transitions and high productivity during shifts.
- Lead, coach, and inspire service staff to maintain exceptional customer service standards.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock rotation, ordering supplies, and minimizing wastage.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor shift performance, including sales targets, labor costs, and service speed.
- Prepare daily shift reports and communicate operational updates to the store manager.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while staying organized.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
