Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to brand standards
- Lead and motivate staff to maintain high levels of customer service, efficiency, and team cohesion
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and inventory levels while maintaining strict hygiene and safety protocols
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to uphold satisfaction standards
- Train and onboard new staff members while providing ongoing coaching for existing team
- Prepare shift reports and communicate operational insights to management team
- Assist in scheduling, payroll processing, and performance evaluations for shift staff
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Shift Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality/food service industry
- Strong team management and staff development abilities with conflict resolution skills
- Deep understanding of restaurant operations, safety regulations, and customer service standards
- Excellent communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, POS systems, and financial controls
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management degree preferred
- Valid food handler certification and health compliance training
