Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Train, coach, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and morale.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to minimize waste.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance satisfaction.
- Analyze daily sales reports and financial data to meet operational targets.
- Perform cash duties, including end-of-day reconciliation and banking.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the food service industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and local health codes.
- Candidates must be available to work in Pasig City, Metro Manila.
