- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and restrooms.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with patience and professionalism.
- Assist with basic food preparation, plating, and side work as required.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and serving team to ensure smooth service.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash, bills, and change accurately.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift light objects for extended periods.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for customer service.
