Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through attentive seating, order taking, and personalized recommendations
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas, restrooms, and service stations
- Operate POS systems efficiently for accurate order processing and payments
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Manage table assignments and optimize seating capacity during peak hours
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in basic English and local dialects
