Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
- Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all service areas are stocked and organized before, during, and after shifts.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations established by the management.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality is a plus.
- Prior experience in a restaurant or customer service role is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to restaurant operations.
