Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere at all times.
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, strictly adhering to presentation and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist in food preparation tasks and ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients and supplies.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the point of sale system responsibly and with attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and floor team to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods while performing duties.
- Basic English language skills are a significant plus.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine willingness to learn.
