Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and assist guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience from entry to exit.
- Take customer orders accurately using our POS system and coordinate effectively with the kitchen team.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and ensure accurate balancing of the cash drawer.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the dining area, service stations, and restrooms.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to meet restaurant standards before serving.
- Replenish stocks, condiments, and service essentials regularly to maintain operational flow.
- Resolve minor customer concerns promptly and escalate issues to the store manager when necessary.
- Strictly follow food safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Crew, Service Staff, or in a similar customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Filipino and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and proactive attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle the physical demands of restaurant operations.
- Flexibility to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing customer transactions.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
