Tanggung Jawab
- Greet, seat, and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and follow up on guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Handle payments, including cash and card transactions, accurately.
- Assist with opening, closing, and side duties as assigned by management.
- Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure a smooth service flow.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the dining experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (any major).
- Previous experience in a restaurant, cafe, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service oriented with a positive and energetic personality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
