In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our dining area, kitchen, and service stations, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and stored. You'll work closely with our service and kitchen teams to support seamless operations during busy service periods.

Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, kitchen, and service stations
- Assist with table setting and preparation for meal service
- Support service staff by ensuring proper availability of clean tableware, glassware, and utensils
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for efficient dishwashing and storage
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures
- Report maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to management
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a stewarding or similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Basic understanding of health and safety standards in food service
- Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia
