Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily outlet operational procedures including setup, breakdown, and maintenance
- Adhere strictly to established SOPs for food handling, safety, and sanitation
- Support kitchen and service teams during peak hours with efficient workflow coordination
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of dining areas, equipment, and service stations
- Assist in inventory management of restaurant supplies and equipment
- Ensure optimal table turnover while maintaining premium service standards
- Coordinate with management to resolve operational challenges promptly
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent certification
- 1+ years of experience in hospitality/restaurant operations preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service hours
- Physical stamina for extended standing and movement
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
