SUSHISAMBA is seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Capital Tower in Singapore. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our unique dining concept that seamlessly blends Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian cultures, delivering an unforgettable culinary experience.

Located atop the iconic Capital Tower, SUSHISAMBA offers a vibrant atmosphere with stunning views of the city skyline, innovative dishes, and exceptional service. We are looking for a dynamic leader who can inspire a team of front-of-house professionals to deliver memorable experiences for every guest.

Key responsibilities include ensuring smooth service flow, managing staff schedules and performance, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety, handling guest inquiries and feedback, coordinating with the kitchen team, and driving continuous improvement in service quality. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a supervisory role within a fast-paced restaurant environment, strong leadership skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.
  • Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and hygiene practices.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
  • Maintain inventory and ordering of supplies as needed.
  • Assist in training new staff and upholding service standards.

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
