EVO Gourmet Foods is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead our operations in Cebu. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure seamless service.
- Train, coach, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff to maintain high performance and morale.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen team to manage food costs and minimize waste.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist in creating staff schedules and manage payroll records accurately.
- Collaborate with management to implement marketing initiatives and improve the overall guest experience.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience working as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required.
