Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling and inventory management
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Train and mentor service staff on product knowledge, service protocols, and safety procedures
- Monitor hygiene and cleanliness standards across all service areas
- Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure seamless service flow and food quality
- Handle cash operations and maintain accurate financial records
- Implement company policies while maintaining a positive team culture
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in supervisory roles within F&B or hospitality
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure environments
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Must be Singaporean or Singapore PR (as per local hiring preference)
