Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure service efficiency.
  • Lead, train, and mentor service staff to maintain high standards of performance and professionalism.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, proactively resolving concerns and gathering feedback to improve service.
  • Manage staff scheduling, shift handovers, and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Handle inventory checks, supply ordering, and cash management procedures accurately.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture that promotes excellent communication and service delivery.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino (Bisaya is a plus).
  • Deep understanding of customer service standards and conflict resolution techniques.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
