In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a talented team, and maintaining our reputation for quality. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily restaurant floor operations to ensure seamless service flow and high guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor service staff to maintain consistent standards of grooming, etiquette, and efficiency.
  • Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and ensure accurate ordering processes.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve service issues promptly to uphold the PAUL brand reputation.
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards across all restaurant areas.
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager with staff rostering, sales reporting, and administrative duties.
  • Drive suggestive selling techniques among staff to maximize daily revenue and meet operational targets.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or senior service role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with both guests and staff effectively.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic administrative reporting tools.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the business.
  • Possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and aesthetic standards.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure during peak dining hours.
