Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily floor operations to ensure seamless service and optimal guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise, mentor, and coach front-of-house staff to maintain high performance standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure consistent food and beverage quality.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a resolution-oriented mindset.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, safety protocols, and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant.
  • Manage staff scheduling, shift handovers, and training programs to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Drive sales initiatives and maintain focus on achieving daily and monthly revenue targets.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or senior server role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to motivate staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Solid understanding of POS systems and basic restaurant administrative tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
