Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure seamless service and optimal guest satisfaction.
- Supervise, mentor, and coach front-of-house staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure consistent food and beverage quality.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a resolution-oriented mindset.
- Implement and enforce company policies, safety protocols, and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant.
- Manage staff scheduling, shift handovers, and training programs to ensure operational efficiency.
- Drive sales initiatives and maintain focus on achieving daily and monthly revenue targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or senior server role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to motivate staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Solid understanding of POS systems and basic restaurant administrative tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
