- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead, train, and mentor staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.

- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies to minimize waste.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate service timing and menu presentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or hospitality certification is a plus.
