- Supervise daily restaurant and kitchen operations to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality service.
- Oversee kitchen preparation processes, specifically focusing on Senior Cook Prep standards.
- Manage butchery operations, ensuring proper meat selection, portion control, and inventory management.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene regulations, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
- Train and mentor staff to uphold the restaurant's operational and service excellence.
- Monitor food cost and minimize waste through efficient stock management and preparation techniques.
- Collaborate with management to drive guest satisfaction and address operational challenges promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Senior Kitchen Lead in a hospitality setting.
- Strong technical expertise in food preparation and high-level butchery skills.
- Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of kitchen operations, including inventory control and supply chain management.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment in Kuta Selatan, Bali.
- Relevant certifications in Food Safety or Hospitality Management are highly desirable.
