Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
- Lead and mentor front-of-house teams through training and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Resolve customer inquiries and maintain high service standards
- Collaborate with kitchen team to optimize menu offerings and promotions
- Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience in restaurant supervision or management
- Proven track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Strong leadership skills with team development experience
- Knowledge of Indonesian tourism market and dining trends
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in inventory management and POS systems
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
