Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure smooth service flow and adherence to company standards.
- Supervise, mentor, and coach frontline staff to maintain peak performance and service quality.
- Handle and resolve customer concerns or escalations with professionalism and a guest-centric approach.
- Monitor inventory levels, wastage, and food quality to ensure profitability and freshness.
- Assist management in setting and achieving daily sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across the facility.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
- Proven track record in customer service and conflict resolution.
- Basic knowledge of P&L, inventory management, and food safety protocols.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is a plus.
