As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of service, coaching team members, and fostering a positive work environment. We are looking for someone with a 'guest-first' mindset, a sharp eye for operational detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily floor operations to ensure smooth service flow and adherence to company standards.
  • Supervise, mentor, and coach frontline staff to maintain peak performance and service quality.
  • Handle and resolve customer concerns or escalations with professionalism and a guest-centric approach.
  • Monitor inventory levels, wastage, and food quality to ensure profitability and freshness.
  • Assist management in setting and achieving daily sales targets and operational KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across the facility.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
  • Proven track record in customer service and conflict resolution.
  • Basic knowledge of P&L, inventory management, and food safety protocols.
  • Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is a plus.
