Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Train and mentor service staff on menu knowledge, customer service protocols, and safety procedures
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food presentation, hygiene, and service efficiency
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operational flow
- Implement and enforce company policies regarding staff conduct and operational standards
- Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in F&B or hospitality environments
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory management software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and events
- Relevant certification in hospitality management or food safety preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
