- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service flow.
- Supervise, train, and mentor service staff to maintain high standards of hospitality.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure availability of menu items.
- Monitor and enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant.
- Prepare shift schedules and manage labor costs effectively.
- Maintain records of sales and handle cash management duties accurately.
- Foster a collaborative team culture that drives both performance and staff engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Solid understanding of food safety regulations and health standards.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
