Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and service quality control
  • Lead and mentor front-of-house staff to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer experiences
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation protocols to maintain compliance standards
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining positive brand representation
  • Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure seamless service flow and menu execution
  • Monitor and optimize operational costs while maintaining service excellence
  • Train staff on service standards, product knowledge, and operational procedures
  • Prepare daily performance reports and implement improvement initiatives

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in full-service restaurant environments
  • Proven track record in staff training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution
  • Strong knowledge of F&B operations, POS systems, and inventory management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with multilingual capabilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
  • Basic financial acumen for cost control and reporting
  • Valid food handler certification and knowledge of local health regulations
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent field experience preferred
