Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure seamless guest service and high satisfaction levels.
- Supervise, train, and mentor waitstaff to maintain high standards of hospitality.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and escalations with professional diplomacy and resolution.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service delivery.
- Manage inventory levels and oversee daily cash handling and reporting procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant premises.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize table turnover and increase revenue.
- Generate periodic reports on operational performance for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or a Senior Server in a reputable establishment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Deep understanding of food safety, hygiene, and restaurant operational standards.
- Capable of working flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Possess a customer-first mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Highly organized, punctual, and disciplined in administrative and operational tasks.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) software and basic inventory management systems.
