Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Execute the 'Excellent Service Program' consistently across all shifts.
  • Monitor and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the store.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure professional growth and high performance.
  • Manage inventory levels, supply orders, and minimize food waste.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain brand reputation.
  • Prepare periodic operational reports and ensure all corporate store policies are followed.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or fast-food industry.
  • Possess a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP).
  • Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
