Roasters is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Bandung. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our floor operations, ensuring that every guest experiences the world-class service and premium quality that defines our brand.

As a Supervisor, you won't just manage shifts; you will mentor a team of hospitality enthusiasts, optimize daily workflows, and maintain the highest standards of operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily floor operations to ensure smooth service flow and exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise service staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering and waste management.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to uphold the brand reputation.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Monitor shift performance and prepare daily reports for management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a restaurant, café, or high-end hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Solid understanding of POS systems, inventory management, and profit-and-loss basics.
  • High attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
