Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure smooth service flow and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and supervise service staff to maintain high service standards.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering and waste management.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to uphold the brand reputation.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Monitor shift performance and prepare daily reports for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a restaurant, café, or high-end hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Solid understanding of POS systems, inventory management, and profit-and-loss basics.
- High attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
