As a supervisor, you will be the heartbeat of our store operations, ensuring that every guest experience is nothing short of exceptional while maintaining the high-quality standards that Wingstop is known for worldwide.

In this role, you will lead our front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver consistent, craveable service. You will act as a brand ambassador, mentor your staff, and take ownership of daily operational performance. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure maximum efficiency and compliance with Wingstop’s global standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop store team members to deliver an excellent guest service experience consistently.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and preparation times to meet brand specifications.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct stock takes, and ensure minimal wastage through effective cost control.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety across all store zones according to health regulations.
  • Resolve customer feedback promptly and professionally to ensure repeat visits and brand loyalty.
  • Prepare daily shift reports and analyze sales data to assist in achieving store financial targets.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the F&B, quick-service restaurant (QSR), or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Deep understanding of food safety standards (HACCP) and operational compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure environments and solve operational issues in real-time.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic office software.
  • Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to the Cirebon area are highly encouraged to apply.
