Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Train and mentor front-of-house staff on service standards, product knowledge, and conflict resolution
- Implement and enforce food safety protocols, hygiene standards, and operational procedures
- Address customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance, identify upsell opportunities, and implement promotional strategies
- Conduct regular staff evaluations and provide constructive feedback for development
- Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure seamless service flow during peak hours
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in quick-service or casual dining establishments
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team management and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for staff and customer interactions
- Basic understanding of F&B operations including inventory control and cost management
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure environments
- Certification in food safety handling (HACCP) preferred
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic office software
