Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and high standards of hygiene.
- Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant staff, including kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering to minimize waste and maximize freshness.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of schedules and rostering for the team.
- Conduct regular staff briefings to communicate daily goals and updates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B/Hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and handling regulations.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
