Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure the excellent execution of the service program and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.
- Oversee all store operations to ensure they are performing at their best and are compatible with company standards.
- Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver top-tier service.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing food costs and waste reduction.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staff coverage during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality or food service industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of food safety regulations and operational procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
