Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the quality and presentation of all food items before they are served to guests.
  • Supervise daily restaurant floor operations, ensuring seamless coordination between kitchen and service staff.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety protocols at all times.
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure immediate resolution of any service-related issues.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing food wastage reduction initiatives.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on menu knowledge, quality standards, and service excellence.
  • Conduct regular briefings to ensure the team is aligned with daily specials and operational goals.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Food Checker, or similar role in a luxury resort or high-end beach club.
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality control procedures.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with fluency in Indonesian and English.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, guest-oriented attitude.
  • Proven ability to manage team performance and resolve operational conflicts.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
