Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily floor operations and ensure seamless front-of-house service.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule service staff to maintain high performance and morale.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure quality standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure repeat business.
- Monitor and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant and bar.
- Analyze daily sales reports and provide insights for operational improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local hospitality regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Outlet Manager role.
- Proven track record of managing operations within the restaurant and bar industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Working knowledge of POS systems and basic inventory management software.
