Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning and excellent service delivery
- Manage and train restaurant staff, including scheduling, performance evaluation, and professional development
- Coordinate with kitchen teams to ensure timely food preparation and presentation standards
- Monitor inventory, ordering supplies, and managing budgetary constraints
- Implement and maintain health and safety protocols in compliance with local regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Conduct regular inspections of dining areas, equipment, and facilities
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote restaurant offerings and events

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry
