US Pizza is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead our team at our Kampung Simee location. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of restaurant staff, ensuring high morale and productivity during service hours.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery and adherence to opening and closing procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Manage inventory control, including placing orders, receiving stock, and minimizing food waste.
- Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP standards).
- Assist the General Manager with financial reporting, staff scheduling, and payroll management.
- Train new employees on US Pizza's recipes, service standards, and brand values to maintain consistency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the F&B/Hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication abilities in English (and Malay is a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, handling, and hygiene procedures.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and standard POS software.
