Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to brand standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and waste reduction to maximize store profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the establishment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Monitor daily cash handling, sales reporting, and staff scheduling efficiently.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotions and drive revenue growth.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a reputable restaurant, cafe, or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Deep understanding of F&B operations, including POS systems and inventory management.
- High level of professional grooming and a proactive, guest-centric attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shift rotations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
