Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Lead and motivate the service team to maintain high standards of customer service
- Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor restaurant performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and food quality
- Assist in marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in restaurant supervision or management, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
- Basic understanding of restaurant financial management
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
