Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve daily performance targets and deliver exceptional guest service
  • Ensure smooth restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control
  • Monitor food quality and presentation standards to maintain consistency and customer satisfaction
  • Train and mentor new staff members on company policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns professionally, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
  • Maintain compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and workplace safety protocols
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement operational improvements and efficiency initiatives
  • Support scheduling, staffing, and team coordination to ensure adequate coverage during all shifts

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; additional hospitality or business qualifications is a plus
  • Prior experience in food service, retail, or customer-facing roles is advantageous
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Ability to work flexibly across various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Basic understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and hygiene standards
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and comfort with handling high-pressure situations
  • Enthusiastic attitude, willingness to learn, and genuine passion for the hospitality industry
