Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to brand standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate floor staff to provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage staff scheduling and shifts to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage cost-control initiatives to reduce waste.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for improving business targets and revenue.
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards throughout the restaurant premises.
- Prepare daily reports on sales, operational challenges, and staff performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or café environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- A good understanding of F&B operations, including POS systems and inventory management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational improvements.
- Valid Food Hygiene Certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Ability to commit to a Monday to Friday work schedule.
