Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Lead, train, and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Manage inventory levels, place orders, and control operational costs.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints professionally.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and optimizing restaurant profitability.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the F&B or hospitality industry.
