Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning of all service areas
- Manage and train restaurant staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and professional development
- Maintain high standards of customer service and address guest concerns promptly
- Implement and enforce quality control measures for food preparation and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash operations and reconcile daily sales reports
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure menu items are prepared to specification
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar management role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
