Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and premium guest service.
  • Lead, train, and mentor service staff to maintain high service standards and hospitality excellence.
  • Manage front-of-house schedules and allocate tasks effectively to optimize productivity.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels, perform stock checks, and manage ordering processes to minimize wastage.
  • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and health regulations within the dining area.
  • Analyze daily sales performance and provide actionable feedback to management.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Team Leader in a reputable F&B establishment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in both Indonesian and English.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory software.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail mall environment.
  • Flexible and willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A deep passion for delivering premium guest experiences and hospitality.
