Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to brand standards
- Lead and develop team members through performance coaching, training, and constructive feedback
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly while maintaining service excellence
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and coordinate supplier deliveries
- Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation protocols
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to optimize revenue and cost control
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless front-of-house/back-of-house operations
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and maintain consistent communication across teams
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in full-service restaurant operations
- Proven track record in team leadership, scheduling, and performance management
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and operational best practices
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and local dialects
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory management software
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
