As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be the heartbeat of our store operations. You will be responsible for upholding our world-class service standards, coaching team members, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high operational performance that Wingstop is famous for, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and driving sales growth in your assigned area.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure compliance with Wingstop's global service standards and operational procedures.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor store team members to achieve peak performance and maintain a positive working environment.
  • Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations are strictly followed at all times.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering, and minimize wastage to optimize profitability.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Execute local store marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase revenue.
  • Generate and analyze daily/weekly sales reports to provide insights for operational improvements.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or fast-food industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP/Hygiene certification is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Deep understanding of the Samarinda market and local consumer behavior.
