As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be the heartbeat of our store operations. You will be responsible for upholding our world-class service standards, coaching team members, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high operational performance that Wingstop is famous for, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and driving sales growth in your assigned area.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure compliance with Wingstop's global service standards and operational procedures.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor store team members to achieve peak performance and maintain a positive working environment.
- Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations are strictly followed at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering, and minimize wastage to optimize profitability.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Execute local store marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase revenue.
- Generate and analyze daily/weekly sales reports to provide insights for operational improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or fast-food industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP/Hygiene certification is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Deep understanding of the Samarinda market and local consumer behavior.
