As a Supervisor, you will support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations, manage staff rosters, and handle customer feedback with a smile. - Lead and Motivate: Guide and inspire the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high morale during shifts.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring all systems run smoothly.
- Service Standards: Uphold Nando's high standards for food quality, presentation, and customer service at all times.
- Hygiene & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP) throughout the restaurant.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist in ordering supplies, and minimize waste to control costs effectively.
- Customer Relations: Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Team Development: Assist in training and mentoring junior staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food service industry.
- Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead by example.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure during peak hours.
- Passion: A genuine passion for food, customer service, and the Nando's brand.
- Availability: Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Education: Minimum SPM/SPMV qualification or equivalent.
