Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Lead, train, and mentor floor and kitchen staff to maintain high service standards and productivity.
  • Manage staff scheduling and performance evaluations to optimize labor costs.
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene (HACCP), and sanitation protocols at all times.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent stock shortages and waste.
  • Maintain accurate cash handling procedures, POS management, and daily sales reporting.
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement local marketing promotions and drive branch sales.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced F&B or casual dining environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of motivating and managing a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
  • A deep commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
