Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily shift operations, ensuring smooth dining service, takeaway, and delivery coordination.
- Lead, train, and motivate service and kitchen staff to maintain high performance and morale.
- Resolve customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering, and minimize wastage of ingredients and packaging.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards (HACCP/Halal protocols).
- Manage daily cash handling, POS system operations, and end-of-day sales reporting.
- Assist the Outlet Manager in scheduling shifts and executing marketing promotions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead in the F&B/Hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle peak hours efficiently.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and experience operating Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Candidates with a Food Handler Certificate and Typhoid Vaccination are highly preferred.
